CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar blue cheese spread
1 (5 oz.) jar Cheddar cheese spread
3 tbsp. brandy or white wine
1/2 lb. cottage cheese (=1 c.)
Dash garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can walnuts (chopped)

Blend all cheeses, garlic salt and wine. (Silver satin is a nice wine to use in this.) Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Form into ball and roll in nuts. This makes a large cheese ball.
