OLIVE-CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. drained, chopped ripe olives (14 1/2 oz. can)
1 tbsp. minced chives
Chopped walnut or toasted almonds

Blend cheeses and butter, stir in olives and chives. Chill slightly for easier shaping. Form in ball on serving dish and chill thoroughly. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
