LEMON SQUARES 
2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. soft butter

Press in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 4 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh is better)

Pour over hot crust and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
