1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans

Mix pecans with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a dash of salt. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix cake, butter and 1 egg. Press in pan over pecans. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 3 eggs; mix well. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until shiny and brown lightly. Cut into squares.
