| FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM | |

1 c. cold water 1 pkg. Sure Jel 3 1/2 c. crushed strawberries 6 1/2 c. sugar Mix water and Sure Jel together and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add strawberries. Stir good. Gradually add the sugar. Stir for 5 minutes. Put in containers and let stand overnight. Cover and freeze. Keeps well. | |
