TAMMY'S HOT DOG SAUCE 
10 lb. hamburg
4 tbsp. cumin
4 tbsp. oregano
8 tbsp. cinnamon
8 tbsp. paprika
8 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. ground cloves
salt and pepper to taste
4 medium onions, chopped

Brown onions in pan with a little vegetable oil. Add hamburg; brown. When brown, add spices and 2 quarts water. Simmer for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Can be frozen or canned.

Yields a lot!
