HOT DOGS IN BOURBON SAUCE 
2 lb. hot dogs cut in 1 in. pieces
3/4 c. bourbon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. minced onion

Make sauce night before. Let simmer slowly 2 hours. Add hot dogs and chill. Heat slowly about 1 hour before serving.

Sauce is great for Barbeque's.
