RHUBARB CHERRY PIE | |
3 c sliced rhubarb 1/3 c minute tapioca 1-lb. can cherry pie filling 1 3/4 c sugar 5 drops red food coloring 1 recipe for plain pastry crust Combine all ingredients except for pastry. Let stand for 15 minutes. Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry, add filling, arrange top crust. Bake at 400°F for 40 to 50 minutes. |
