HAM BISCUITS 
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. finely grated onion
4 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
20 small dinner rolls
10 thin slices baked ham, cut in half
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced Swiss cheese, cut into strips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat butter, onion, poppy seeds, mustard and Worcestershire in small bowl until blended. Split biscuits with serrated knife; spread butter mixture on both cut sides. Place 1 piece ham and 1 piece cheese on bottom half of each biscuit. Replace tops and place biscuits on cookie sheet. Cover lightly with foil and bake 15 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Makes 20 appetizers.
