3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, through a press
1 c. Bisquick

Mix well and fry in olive oil, not too hot, about 4 minutes on each side.
