SALMON PATTIES WITH DILL
HORSERADISH SAUCE
 
SAUCE:

8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
4 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. horseradish

PATTIES:

1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1 c. zucchini, shredded
4 tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
2 tsp. J.D.'s Magic
4 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 egg whites
Salt & pepper to taste
Pita bread
Alfalfa sprouts
Tomatoes, sliced

In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate. In medium bowl, combine all patty ingredients and mix well. Shape into four patties. Spray large non-stick pan with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until completely heated through. Cut top of bread open on a curve. With a knife, spread a little sauce inside of bread. Place pattie in bread, spoon about one teaspoon sauce into bread on pattie, add alfalfa sprouts and tomatoes. Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
