5 c. cooked, mashed zucchini
1 med. onion, diced
1 egg
Dash of garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
5 tbsp. flour

Stir ingredients together and spoon onto buttered griddle. Fry until golden brown and turn to fry the other side.
