4 c. apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix apples and sugar together and let stand. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together. Mix dry ingredients with apples. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, oil and nuts. Mix. Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
