CABBAGE PARMESAN | |
1 med. head cabbage, shredded 1 c. Parmesan cheese 16 oz. tomato sauce 1 tsp. garlic 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 1/2 c. raw rice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. water Shred cabbage, set aside. Combine rice, garlic, oregano, and salt. Grease 9 x 13 dish. Cover bottom of pan with 1/2 the cabbage. Spread combined mix over cabbage. Top with remaining cabbage. Pour tomato sauce over top. Pour 1 cup water over sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Let set 5 minutes. |
