2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bring to boil, remove from heat, add 1/2 cup peanut butter and 3 cups quick oatmeal. Mix well. Press into 9"x13" pan. Cool and cut into squares.
