STRAWBERRY PUFF 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole strawberries
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar or fructose
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 pkg. frozen whole strawberries, partially frozen

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Beat at high speed 10-12 minutes until stiff peaks form. Add Cool Whip; beat until smooth. Spoon into individual dishes. Freeze until firm. Crush remaining strawberries with a fork. Spoon over dessert. 8 servings, 110 calories.
