PRETZEL JELLO 
2 c. chopped pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 boxes red Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. box frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Put pretzels in blender. Mix them together with butter and sugar. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Press down and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip, and confectioners sugar. Put over crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add strawberries and pineapple; mix all together. DO NOT USE PINEAPPLE JUICE, but you can use strawberry juice. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until set. This makes a great cool dessert for summertime.
