FRUIT SALAD 
3 to 4 c. mixed frozen fruit, thawed and drained
1 banana, sliced
1 small can chunk pineapple, drained
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. orange juice
3 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Combine frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, blueberries or any fruit you desire), bananas and pineapple in a salad bowl, reserving 1/2 cup. Place pudding, milk and orange juice in a small bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Gradually add whipped topping, beating until creamy and smooth. Pour pudding mixture over fruit and top with the reserved 1/2 cup fruit. Serves 4 to 6.
