SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
1 c. grated raw potato
2 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix together and form into small balls (about 60). Cover with 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 can tomato soup and 1 cup water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
