HUMBLE PIE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can chicken gumbo soup 1 bell pepper 1 onion 1 can black olives 1 tomato Mozzarella cheese 1 tube Pillsbury Country Style biscuits Arrange biscuits in greased pie pan; pat down. Brown ground beef, bell pepper, and onion. Add gumbo soup; simmer until thickened. Pour soup mixture over unbaked biscuits. Place sliced tomatoes, olives, and cheese over. Bake at 350 degree until done. Let cool before cutting. |
