WEIGHT WATCHERS VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP | |
4 oz. cooked beef 6 c. water 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes & juice 1/2 head cabbage, shredded 4 carrots, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 2 pkgs. Sweet & Low 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 can French style beans & juice 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder) 4 beef bouillon cubes (or 4 tsp. granules) Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Combine all ingredients and simmer as long as desired. Whole recipe is: 4 protein ex., 18 vegetable ex., 40 opt. |
