BAKED EGGS 
1/4 lb. butter
2 dozen eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
Onion
Green pepper
Mushrooms
1/4 lb. bacon or ham

Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms (amount to your taste preference) in small amount butter. Melt remaining butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Beat eggs slightly, and add milk and sauteed items. Pour egg mixture over butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes.
