CHEESE POPOVERS 
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine water and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once. Stir over medium heat until dough forms a ball in center of pan. Cool 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend well after each addition. Beat in cheese and salt. Spoon dough into well greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Prick each popover with a knife or fork. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
