CHEESE POPOVERS 
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs

Mix salt with flour, add water, milk, and eggs. Mix well. Blend in cheese. Melt in oven 1 teaspoon of shortening in each cupcake tin (8). After shortening is melted, pour in batter (half full tins). Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. 8 servings.
