OLD FASHIONED BREAD STUFFING 
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. rubbed sage
8 c. dried bread
1 tsp. salt
Dash ground black pepper

Cook and stir onions and celery in butter in medium skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in seasoning. Add onion mixture and water to bread crumbs in large bowl. Toss to mix. Makes 8 cups stuffing for a 12 to 14 pound turkey.
