BUTTERY BISCUITS 
2 sticks butter, no substitute
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. self-rising flour, unsifted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in microwave. Add sour cream and flour. Drop batter in mini muffin tins, ungreased. Fill to top. Bake 25 minutes. May be prepared ahead and frozen.

Serves 2 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
