SOFT CARAMEL CORN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Karo (light)
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 can Eagle Sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, Karo and brown sugar to a boil. Remove from heat. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Cook to a softball stage, stirring constantly. Covers about 5 average size batches of popcorn.
