SOFT PUMPKIN COOKIES 
Blend:

1 c. sugar
1 c. cooked pumpkin (fresh or canned)
1/2 c. salad oil
1 egg

Sift and add:

2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Top with big Hershey Kiss.
