TEXAS POTATOES 
33 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
1 pkg. plain stuffing mix, dry
1 stick butter, melted

Mix potatoes and onions in 13x9 casserole dish. Mix soup, cream cheese and sour cream. Pour over potatoes and onion mixture. Sprinkle cheese over all. Top with stuffing mix and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
