SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. hot milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 egg whites

Remove skin and bones. Mash fine. Add salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, egg yolks, cracker crumbs and hot milk. Fold egg whites, which have been beaten stiff. Pour into well greased pan.
