GRANDMA MARSHALL'S SLAW 
1 med. head of cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper

Mix together 1 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup salad oil, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon celery seed and 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Boil this 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup sugar. Cool and pour over slaw. Refrigerate until cool before serving.
