TURKEY PATTIES 
5 oz. ground turkey
1 egg white
1/4 c. drained canned Italian tomatoes, seeded & chopped
3 tbsp. plain dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. each finely diced onion & celery
1 tsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash salt
2 tsp. vegetable oil

In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except oil, stirring well to combine. Shape into 2 equal patties.

In 10 inch nonstick skillet heat oil; add patties and cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and cook until cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side. Makes 2 servings.
