HEATH BAR CAKE 
2 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
10 crushed Heath bars (Skor candy bars work too)

Mix brown sugar and flour thoroughly; finely cut in butter as for a pie crust. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture. Add baking soda, salt, egg, milk and vanilla to remaining mixture. Beat until well blended with mixer.

Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix crushed candy bars with reserved mixture and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
