SHEPHERD PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans peas
2 cans carrots
Instant potatoes

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix in mushroom soup, carrots and peas. Mix well. Top with instant potatoes, prepare instant potatoes as usually. Spread over top of casserole. Usually about 2 to 3 inches thick.
