SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 can tomato soup
Instant mashed potatoes
2 cans green beans (drained)
1 egg

Brown the ground beef and drain thoroughly. Add drained green beans and tomato soup. Heat through and pour into a 2 quart casserole. Next, make 2 cups instant potatoes beating in 1 egg. Mound potatoes by tablespoon of beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until hot through but don't let the potatoes brown.
