SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
3 lb. hamburger 2 cans cream of chicken soup (can sub. cream of celery) Salt & pepper 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All vegetables 1 tsp. bail 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 9" frozen deep dish pie shells Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add soup, vegetables. Salt, pepper, basil and Worcestershire. Simmer to blend. Spoon mixture into 2 pie shells. Top with 8 cups (total) prepared mashed potatoes (I use instant). Top with grated cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Can freeze after preparation and before baking. |
