CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
4 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can Brook's chili hot beans
1 tbsp. dried onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic, minced (optional)

Put all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer 1 hour, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes. Freezes well for once-a-month cooking plan.
