GRANDMA'S FRESH PEACH PIE | |
1 9" baked pastry shell 3 c. ripe peaches, sliced 3/4 c. sugar 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water Mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, salt and water; mix well. Pour in baked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees for about 40 minutes until pie is bubbly or is thickened. |
