TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Combine butter, water and cocoa in a small pot. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Set aside. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add butter, water, cocoa and buttermilk to dry ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 to 24 minutes. Bake cake in a long 9"x13" cake pan.

ICING:

1/4 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. box confectionery sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Cook cocoa, butter and milk for 2 minutes. Add sugar and flavoring. Put on cake warm.
