1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 stick softened butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Honey

Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add butter and work into mixture. Stir in 1 tablespoon honey, milk and egg. Mix thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden at 450 degrees. Serve warm with honey or butter.
