GRANOLA 
4 c. flaked grain (use at least half rolled oats, old fashioned oatmeal)
1 c. coconut
2/3 c. peanuts or other nuts
2/3 c. sunflower seeds or other seeds
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1/3 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast or soy flour (optional)

Mix liquid ingredients together and heat until they flow freely: 1/2-1 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla

Now add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir well. Bake in a shallow pan until light brown (approximately 250 degrees for an hour or 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes). Cool, then break up and store in a covered container.
