1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cracker barrel cheese
3 c. Bisquick mix
1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage

Grate cheese. Let sausage warm to room temperature so it will mix well with Bisquick and cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Bake on top rack of oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. These can be fixed ahead of time and frozen.
