WASSAIL 
1 gal. apple cider
2 c. orange juice
1 orange, squeeze juice into Wassail
1 lemon, squeeze juice into Wassail
10 whole cloves
10 whole allspice
1 stick cinnamon
Rum to taste

Use tea ball to hold spices. Put all other ingredients in slow cooker (except rum) for 1 hour. Put several chunks of orange and lemon in. Stir. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Add rum.
