EGG STRATTA 
9 beaten eggs
3 c. milk
3 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 tsp. minced onion

Beat eggs and add the rest of ingredients. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate in pan overnight. In morning bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve 20 pieces. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Used for Easter Breakfast at church.
