CELEBRATION CHEESE BALL 
1 c. parsley sprigs
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 oz. Swiss cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Chop parsley sprigs and set aside. Grate Cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese. Blend grated cheese with cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and garlic powder. Use either your hands, a food processor with stainless steel knife in place, or a heavy duty mixer which has dough hooks. Shape into balls. Roll in parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap. Makes 3 to 3 1/2 inch balls. If you desire, may be frozen, omit parsley.
