BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sliced almonds (toasted)
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
Potato chips
1 lb. shredded cheese

Place in casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with crushed potato chips 1/4 inch thick then more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
