BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cut up cooked chicken
4 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. toasted almonds
4 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Place in 10 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serves 8-10.
