BAKED CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 c. diced cooked chicken 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced 2 pimientos, cut up (optional) 2 c. chopped celery 2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar 3/4 c. canned cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. finely minced onion 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 1 c. crushed potato chips Mix all ingredients except chips. Put in shallow baking dish. Spread chips on top. Chill several hours. Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes. |
