BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 to 4 ripe med. bananas, or overripe
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. 100% whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream oil and sugar together. Add mashed bananas, eggs, honey and extract; stir. Add the remaining ingredients and stir only until well mixed. Bake in a well greased loaf pan at 325 degrees for 70 minutes or until well-browned and crusty.
