GRILLED GARLIC STEAK OF CHICKEN 
2 lb. blade steak, 1-inch thick OR 8 chicken breasts
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary OR 1/2 tsp dried
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 heads garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. water

In order to have everything ready at approximately the same time, roast the garlic for about 20 minutes in the oven, toaster oven or BBQ while you are preparing the other dishes.

Squeeze roasted garlic into bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Brush over both sides of beef with mixture. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat, close the lid and cook, turning once, for 15 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness.

Serves 8.
